Prof.Udayan D

Dr.Udayan De was awarded as Humboldt Fellow in 1979, Germany. He was HBNI Professor and Scientist in Department of Atomic Energy (Retd. in Dec.2010) at Homi Bhabha National Institute with HQ in Mumbai, India. He had been a Scientist in Materials Science Laboratory, IGCAR, Kalpakkam, India during 1982-1988. Currently, He is a visiting Professor at Calcutta Institute of Engineering & Management, Kolkata 700040, India. He has done Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from Calcutta University in 1978.  He was Included in Who’s Who in the World, from 15th Ed. (1998) onwards, c/o Marquis Who’s Who, USA, & similar listings. He had been a Fellow in West Bengal Academy of Science & Technology, India. He was a Ph.D. Guide & Examiner for Universities like Calcutta University, Univ. of Dhaka & Jadavpur University. He Presented work in more than 40 international conferences in India, Europe, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, and Bangladesh with work / Laboratory Visits for Collaborations, Invited Talks & Discussions. He published above 200 papers in 89 in internationally reputed journals. He is a member of Indian Physical Association (life), Indian Association for Cultivation of Science (life), Materials Research Society of India (life), Indian Physical Society (life), Indian Cryogenic Council (life), International Society Solid State Ionics, Humboldt Club (org. Seminars on Superconductivity & Green Energy).
